Hiris bawang merah dan goreng untuk dijadikan bawang goreng.<br />5. Goreng tauhu dan kemudian potong 1 cm persegi.<br />6. Rebus telur dan potong bulat-bulat.<br />7. Bersihkan tauge dan toskan.<br />8. Potong daging sebesar 1.5 cm persegi dan rebus hingga empuk. Ketepikan.<br />9. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali. Tumis bawang putih dan cili mesin.<br />10. Masukkan daging, udang, garam dan gula. Masukkan bihun dan kacau hingga sebati.<br />11. Masukkan tauge, kucai dan kacau selama 5 minit.<br />12. Dalam blender, masukkan gula,santan,tepung beras,tepung gandum,minyak,garam dan 2 cawan air. Blend hingga semua bahan bersatu & tak berketul. Utk memudahkan kuih ni dikeluarkan, sapu loyang dgn sedikit minyak dan letak plastik cling. Lepas 5minit,masukkan pula 1 cawan adunan warna hijau dan kukus selama 2minit. Masukkan daging dan kacau lagi sehingga nampak naik minyak.<br /><br />5. Masukkan carrot , garam dan sedikit air. Kacau rata dan masakkan sehingga carrot lembut.<br /><br />6. Letakkan tepung, yis, garam, gula halus dan mentega ke dalam mangkuk. Gaulkan bagi sebati.</span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"><br />3. Buat lubang di tengah. Masukkan taufu, telur dan susu atau air. Uli biar jadi doh.
